Order Policy
  • All orders have to be placed a minimum of 3 days in advance.
  • For any item(s) cancellations or the order cancellation, please send an email to
    RFSOrders@htfl.org
  • Cancellation fees:
    • 3 days in advance are full refund
    • 2 days in advance incur 50% fee on refund amount
    • Less than 24 hours, no refund amount.
